On our platform you can find outdoor adventures in the categories Wind & Water, Nature & Wildlife, Mountain & Winter and Endurance. All adventures, which could be both a day activity as well as a multiday trip or a fully organised holiday, combine an element of sports and nature.

Yes, we can organise tailor made adventures for you, both day and multiday adventures. Send us an email with your preferences and we'll get back to you with a proposal.

Of course, we have access to a large network of operators and are looking forward to help you to find the right partner who can organise this adventure for you!

FAQ - Booking Process
I have a question about my booking - how can I contact you?
How do I know the availability of the tour?
All the tours that we have listed on our platform can be booked directly. A calendar, which is shown on every tour page, provides real time availability of that tour. You know directly whether a tour is available and how many spots you can book.
Can I make a reservation for the same day?
For many tours it is possibe to make a same day reservation. Our calendars on the tour pages show real time availability. This means that if you can still make a booking for the same day, you can be sure the operator is expecting you later that day.
How do I know my booking was successful?
After you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation will summarise all relevant information for your adventure. No confirmation? Check your spam folder and/or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is payment on OUTDOYO safe?
Yes, your payment is absolutely safe. We work with trusted third parties who faciliate the payments on our platform.
How can I pay and in which currency?
Payments can be made by credit card and we facilitate over 20 different currencies.
I haven't received a booking confirmation - help!
No confirmation? Check your spam folder and/or contact us via email@example.com.
FAQ - Your Adventure
Where is the meeting point for the tour?
The meeting point for your tour is indicated both at the tour page as well as on your confirmation.
How long in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?
Make sure you are at least 15 minutes before the activiy starts at the meeting point indicated on your confirmation.
Do I need to print the confirmation?
No, you don't have to print the booking confirmation. It is sufficient to show the electronic version of your confirmation at the start of the activity.
What do I need to wear?
This depends of course on the activity. On the tour page you can find what you need to bring and what is provided by the opreator. Don't forget to use common sense and always look at the weather predictions for the day. Make sure you are well prepared to make the most of your adventure!
Bad weather - how do I know the tour will go ahead?
In case the activity needs to get cancelled because of the weather, you will be contacted by the operator about this. If you didn't receive a message from the operator, you can assume the tour will go ahead and you'll meet at the agreed time and location.
FAQ - Cancellation
What is your cancellation policy?
On our platform we connect you (the user) directly to the organiser of the outdoor adventure and therefore the cancellation policy of the operator applies. To avoid last minute cancellations, operators choose a cancellation policy which they consider to be appropriate for their activities.
The applicable cancellation policy for your tour is described on the tour page. We recommend you to make yourself aware of the cancellation policy of the operator before you make the booking. As guidance we have allocated all cancellation policies into one of the following catergories:
Flexible - Cancellations up to a couple of days before the activity date will get (partly) refunded
Moderate - Cancellations up to a week before the activity date will get (partly) refunded
Strict - Cancellations up to a month before the activity date will get (partly) refunded
Very strict - Cancellations up to a couple of months before the activity date will get (partly) refunded
Non-refundable - Bookings are final: it is not possible to receive a refund for cancellations
My activity got cancelled, how do I get my money back?
That is very unfortunate. Most probably the operator has contacted you to explain the reason for cancellation and proposed a new date for the tour. If this is not possible, please send us an email and we will make sure you will get refunded in line with the cancellation policy of the activity that you had booked.
