Experience the desert in a full day on this full day tour of Wadi Rum’s Protected Area traveling by our desert 4x4s. You will spend the day exploring red sand dunes, hidden canyons and get the chance to enjoy scenic views.
Our Jeep tours vary from 5 - 8 hours. All of our Jeep tours are hosted by professional Jordanian Bedouin guides. We are flexible to accommodate your needs accordingly; just let us know.
We visit the main valley sites of Lawrence Spring, the red Al Rama Sand Dune, Khazali Canyon and the Small Arch. Your Bedouin guide can prepare a modest Bedouin meal in the desert. After lunch continue by 4×4 to see Um Frouth Rock Bridge and Abu Khashaba Canyon – a beautiful canyon walk (30 minutes). If you want to start this tour after noon, our guide will choose a beautiful area to watch the sunset. After sunset you will either return to Wadi Rum Village, or sleep in our traditional Bedouin Camp. We’ll gather around the fire, prepare dinner and offer you Bedouin tea. Usually every night we gather all together, play Bedouin music and share stories about Wadi Rum desert and Bedouin culture. If you wish, you can go for a night-time walk in the desert with our guidance.
Next morning after breakfast we will take you back to the Rest House in Wadi Rum village. We can help you find quality means of transportation “to” and “from” Wadi Rum (taxi, bus, car rental etc.- it’s up to you).
On each Jeep tour expect to experience hiking, scrambling, enjoying fresh Bedouin tea, shisha in the desert, picnics, camel rides, and some of the most photographic scenery on Earth.
