This 50 minutes Fjord and Glacier sightseeing takes you over the famous Hardangerfjord, the beautiful Folgefonna glacier and back over the city center of Bergen.
The Hardangerfjord is the fourth longest fjord in the world, and the second longest fjord in Norway. The fjord stretches 179 kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean into the mountainous interior of Norway.
The Folgefonna glacier consists of three plateau glaciers:
- Nordre Folgefonna, with an area of 26 square kilometres
- Midtre Folgefonna, with an area of 11 square kilometres
- Søndre Folgefonna, with an area of 167 square kilometres and being the third largest glacier in the mainland of Norway.
