Guests will be met at their accommodation at 8am for a personalised cycling or hiking tour by a qualified nature and culture guide who will regale facts, stories and legends about the history and culture of the Cape. We travel to Cape Peninsula section of the Table Mountain National Park viewing the African penguins at the Boulders Beach colony en route.
Once in the reserve, guests have the option of doing a 25km-60km bike ride or more along undulating roads leading down to the Cape of Good Hope, the most South-Westerly corner on the African continent. Enjoy a leisurely hike from Cape of Good Hope to Cape Point, making the legend of the renowned “Cape of Storms” come alive.
Wildlife can be seen amongst the unique vegetation of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Relax and enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the many pristine white beaches, or opt for lunch at the Two Oceans restaurant/Harbour House, with spectacular views over False Bay. We return to Cape Town via the Atlantic coast and travel via Chapman’s Peak to Hout Bay, Llandudno and Camps Bay.
